At the Kieser Head Office, you’ll work in one of the company’s central departments – for example, in Marketing, Human Resources, IT, or Quality Management. You support the studios with expert know-how, optimise processes, and develop concepts to advance the Kieser brand. Your work plays a key role in ensuring our franchise system runs smoothly, continues to improve, and provides our franchise partners with competent support. Studio Manager
As a Studio Manager, you are responsible for the overall operations of your Kieser studio. You lead a team of Instructors, support clients, and implement quality standards. Your role also includes business-related processes such as revenue control, marketing measures, and team development. With your leadership skills and dedication, you ensure high customer satisfaction and the economic success of your studio.

Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager, you ensure customer-related standards are maintained in one or more studios and that our high quality requirements are implemented across all areas. You act as the central interface between Studio Management and the Head Office and support studios in business and organisational matters. Your role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and the ability to establish efficient processes.

Nutrient Counsellor
As a Nutrient Counsellor, you complement Kieser Training with expert nutrient counselling. You analyse the individual needs of our clients and provide knowledge about nutrients, their effects, and how they support training success. Your job is to communicate scientifically sound principles in an understandable way and provide clients with nutrition knowledge relevant to their training. Your counselling plays a crucial role in helping clients achieve their health goals sustainably.

Instructor
As an Instructor, you are the key point of contact for our clients during training. You guide them competently, correct their movements precisely, and support them in achieving their goals safely and effectively. You not only convey training methodology but also the scientific foundations of our concept – in a way that is easy to understand, motivating, and practical. With your expertise, dedication, and presence, you make a significant contribution to training success and member satisfaction.

Receptionist
As the first point of contact, you greet our clients warmly and professionally. You coordinate appointments, advise new members and prospective clients, and handle administrative tasks with care and efficiency. With your organisational skills and interpersonal sensitivity, you create a calm and secure atmosphere in the studio. You convey the Kieser culture authentically and support clients with their initial questions about training. Your role shapes the first impression – and lays the foundation for a motivating and trusting training environment.
