The causes of back and neck pain are diverse and complex. Regardless of the cause, pain leads to a protective response: the affected muscles are inhibited, movement patterns change, and stabilising muscles weaken. This increases the risk of recurring pain and can lead to a downward spiral of instability, loss of function, and chronic discomfort. Targeted strength training helps to break this cycle, reduce pain, and sustainably strengthen the back muscles. Scientific studies show: Weak back muscles are a major cause of chronic back pain. During your trial training session, you will learn about the special features of Kieser training. Your instructor will accompany you every step of the way, explain the exercises and then create your individual training plan.

  • Analysis and consultation: Together, you will clarify your training goals, health status and relevant information – for a tailor-made training programme.
  • Introduction to the machines: With our guidance, you will practise the correct technique on four to six selected machines.
  • Results and next steps: If you are convinced, you will receive suitable training options and a clearly structured, personalised training plan.

What goals does the trial training aim to achieve?

The trial training session is intended to give you an overview of the special features of Kieser. Your instructor will get to know you, accompany you during your first training session, and then create an ideal training program for you.

How does the trial training session go?

Your instructor will go through a welcome sheet with you. Personal data will be collected, training goals discussed, and questions about health status asked. Afterwards, you will train on four to six machines. After the training, your instructor will present our contract options to you. Should you decide to accept an offer from Kieser, your instructor will schedule further appointments with you and create a training plan tailored to your needs.

How long does the trial training last?

The trial training usually lasts a maximum of 60 minutes.

Will I be training on the LE and CE machines during the trial training?

During a tour, the instructor will show you the LE and CE machines, but you will train on these machines at a later time.

Is the back analysis already taking place during the trial training?

No, the back analysis will take place at a later time.

What do I need to bring for the trial training?

All you need to bring for the trial training session are workout clothes, sports shoes, and a towel for the equipment.

What should I do if I can't attend the trial training?
