Twice a week, one set per exercise, training to the point of local muscular exhaustion – that is the principle behind High Intensity Training (HIT) at Kieser. No time wasted. No frills. Just training that works. Scientifically based, specifically designed to strengthen the entire musculoskeletal system. Each exercise is performed slowly, in a controlled manner and to the point of muscular exhaustion – for maximum efficiency with minimum time expenditure. The focus is not on movement or calories, but on controlled muscle tension.
No warm-up, no stretching, no counting repetitions. Just what counts: muscle tension as a training stimulus – measurable, controllable, effective.

Personal Supervision
Precise training control – for noticeable progress
At Kieser, you don’t train alone. We place great importance on ensuring you train correctly – because that’s the only way you’ll reach your goals. That’s why you’re accompanied by our specially trained medical professionals during the first 3 and the 10th session. They show you how to set up the machines and perform the exercises correctly. To ensure training success, you are again supervised during every 20th session to adjust weights and machines and ensure you continue training effectively at the right intensity. Of course, our instructors are always there and available for you in between as well.

Kieser Training means more than just performing exercises correctly. Our clients not only understand how they train, but also why they do it. Thanks to compact instruction boards, the scientific principles behind the training are explained in an understandable way directly at the machines – for effective, safe and sustainable training. Training takes place twice a week for around 30 minutes each time – focused, slow and to the point of local muscle exhaustion. Controlled execution, regular supervision by qualified personnel and a clearly structured programme guarantee high-quality training and lasting progress in terms of health and strength.

In the medical evaluation, you discuss any health limitations with the medical professional in our studios. If complaints are present, they are considered in your individual training plan. This way, you train safely and exactly according to your needs.
