Targeted Physiotherapy for Sustainable Results

Start Your Active, Pain-Free and Self-Determined Life with Kieser Physiotherapy

An active life begins with targeted physiotherapy – and a clear plan. Kieser Physiotherapy doesn’t just treat your symptoms – we address the root causes: for back pain, post-orthopedic surgery, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. At the core is self-empowerment – through scientifically grounded, active training. Our physiotherapists create an individual therapy plan tailored to your complaints and goals. From initial assessment to long-term stabilization, we accompany you personally and systematically. This leads to sustainable results: more strength, more mobility – and more independence in everyday life.

Your Status Quo in Focus

Precise Assessment for Targeted Physiotherapy

Your individual situation is our top priority. That’s why we take the time for a thorough physiotherapeutic evaluation – the foundation for targeted and effective physiotherapy for musculoskeletal complaints. Only by fully understanding your daily routines, physical load, and load tolerance can our physiotherapists take the right steps: to leverage your strengths, address limitations – and specifically foster your independence in everyday life.

Assessment process:

  • Detailed physiotherapeutic history and clinical examination
Screening of activities, movement patterns, and functional limitations
Shared goal-setting for therapy and daily life

Get Stronger – Step by Step

Individual Focus Programs

At Kieser Physiotherapy, we pursue an active approach: we strengthen your physical function, mobility, and resilience – step by step and tailored to your daily needs. We follow a clear plan: your focus program. It’s based on your assessment and customized to your complaints, goals, and life situation. The aim is to enhance your self-efficacy – and your so-called intrinsic capacity: the sum of your physical and mental resources enabling independent and active living.

Your focus program includes:

  • Functional physiotherapy measures for stabilization and strengthening
Exercises to improve mobility, coordination, and muscle strength
Active therapy methods to support your self-efficacy
Targeted training to build intrinsic capacity

What Does Our Physiotherapy Include?

Physiotherapy
Under the guidance of experienced physiotherapists, body structures and functions are specifically improved. Our goal is to alleviate or eliminate physical complaints so that you can enjoy your everyday life with the highest possible quality of life. To achieve this, we use both passive treatment techniques and active therapies. We pay particular attention to improving balance, coordination, strength and endurance in order to effectively achieve individual goals.
Manual Therapy (MT)
Manual therapy in physiotherapy encompasses a variety of techniques in which the therapist uses their hands to release muscle tension, mobilise joints and improve mobility. These include mobilisations, manipulations, stretches and soft tissue techniques. The aim is to relieve pain, improve function and promote the body's natural healing process. Manual therapy can be used to treat various conditions such as back pain, joint pain, sports injuries and muscular dysfunction.
Medical training therapy
Medical training therapy (MTT) aims to increase physical performance, build muscle strength and optimise joint and muscle health. MTT can be used in rehabilitation, prevention and the treatment of diseases by creating individual training programmes.
