How to Train Correctly with the A5
Start your pelvic floor training on the A5 exercise machine:
Adjust the footplates to the correct height using the handle. Then adjust the back pad to suit your individual needs. Sit facing the monitor in the exercise machine and place your feet on the footplates. Your thighs should slope slightly forward. Access the software’s start menu: touch the screen or press “Home.” Engage your pelvic floor muscles with the sensor tube. Then simply follow the instructions on the screen.
