Scientific figures
How much of an impact does targeted strength training have on health, discomfort and performance? Our comprehensive study involving 531 participants over six months under real gym conditions shows that regular training improves health, alleviates discomfort and increases performance – regardless of age, gender or fitness level.
The participants felt physically fitter – and they noticed this in their everyday lives too: two out of three said they were able to achieve more at work.
The strength level of the participants increased by an average of 24% – with only 2 x 30 minutes of strength training per week.
After six months of training, the study participants achieved an average of 74% of their personal training goals.

What our customers say about Kieser
Not enough time for training? Discover HIT.
Everyday life is packed with overtime, appointments and commitments. There is often no time for hours of training. The good news is that short, intense sessions are enough for your health.
High-intensity strength training (HIT) provides targeted stimulation, strengthens muscles, builds strength and promotes regeneration – all in a short period of time. Just 1-2 sessions per week of 30 minutes each improve posture, muscles and well-being.
Kieser stands for scientifically based, efficient training – ideal for anyone who has little time but high standards when it comes to their health.
