In-house training at Kieser

Training and Documentation Centre (ADOK)

Our internal training centre, ADOK, prepares you specifically for your role at the centre. It is listed in the instructor register of the Employers' Association of German Fitness and Health Facilities (DSSV) and stands for high-quality, practical training. ADOK is run by experienced sports scientists, doctors, and specialised professionals with many years of experience in everyday Kieser operations.   

Here’s what you can expect:   

  • Certification in accordance with the German Qualifications Framework (DQR)
  • Structured training with recognised qualification levels
  • Practical knowledge transfer combined with e-learning, webinars, and internships to support your successful start
  • Development of leadership skills for your personal growth and the next steps on your career ladder

At Kieser, we are committed to continuous development – both professionally and personally. You’ll regularly participate in internal knowledge refreshers in the areas of Instruction, training management, communication, services, and training medicine. This keeps you professionally up to date and helps you advance in a targeted way. In addition, we offer professional and academic development opportunities through our cooperation partners: 

  • Courses from the BSA Academy
  • Degree programmes at the German University for Prevention and Health Management (DHfPG)

Leadership development programme

The Kieser talent factory

Our support and training programme prepares you specifically for a leadership role – providing a sound, practical and inspiring foundation. In up to eight events per year, you will acquire tools for your everyday leadership tasks:

  • Managing processes efficiently
  • Leading teams and developing potential
  • Winning and retaining customers

Supplemented by seminars on self-perception and external perception, communication training, practical projects, personality analyses and individual coaching. This will lay the foundation for your successful career at Kieser.
