back training
Stability and strength for your back
The deep back muscles are crucial for a strong, stable back. However, they often remain unused in everyday life, while larger muscles take over the work. This is exactly where our training comes in: the lumbar extension machine fixes the pelvis in place so that the gluteal and leg muscles are inactive during the exercise. This specifically activates and safely builds up the small but important back extensors.
After just a few training sessions, you will feel more strength and stability. With a regular combination of targeted back training and whole-body training, your back will remain resilient and efficient in the long term.
The benefits of a strong back
A strong back is the best prevention and an important treatment method. The Kieser Method is based on scientific findings and offers effective training to promote back health.
Our strength training offers the following benefits:
More strength and energy in everyday life
Whether carrying shopping bags, enjoying long walks or staying active – a strong back makes it possible.
Prevention of back pain
Targeted back training stabilises the core muscles and can prevent existing complaints in the long term.
Improved mobility and posture
Well-trained back muscles promote good posture and support better mobility.
Even load distribution
Balanced muscles prevent poor posture and improve stability.
Effective protection for the spine
Strong muscles relieve pressure on intervertebral discs and joints, prevent wear and tear, and reduce the risk of discomfort.
