We are taking the Day of Back Health as an opportunity to open our doors for you. Back pain is one of the most common complaints. More than one in two people are affected by it during their lifetime, often recurring and with noticeable limitations in daily life. Learn on this day how targeted strength training helps prevent back pain or alleviate existing discomfort.
From 09:00 to 17:00, we offer you a varied program and are available for all your questions. Feel free to bring a companion with you.

Expert knowledge: At 1:00 PM, Simona Caloertscher will give a lecture on the topic "A Strong Back for Every Situation." The short lecture offers valuable insights for interested parties and existing customers.
Body analysis: Secure a measurement of your body composition (BIA) at a special price of CHF 30 instead of CHF 50 (the voucher can also be redeemed later).
