In our medical evaluation, we analyse your health status, clarify current issues, and define training goals. Start now with a structured training process and assisted sessions perfectly tailored to you.

Assisted sessions
Your safe start in Kieser Training
At the beginning, you will have a detailed training consultation. Once we have defined your goals and clarified health-related questions, we will develop your individual training plan.
During your first three training sessions, we will personally guide you, familiarise you with the training concept and machines, and ensure you perform the exercises correctly – for safe and effective training.

A strong back for fewer complaints
We strengthen your back
Our diagnostic system enables the measurement of the deep stabilising muscles of the cervical or lumbar spine. The test is pain-free, and the results are available immediately. It forms the basis for your individual training plan and the corresponding training process in the subsequent training phase.

Training independently
Your training – our support
After your introductory training and the first assisted sessions, you will train independently – but never alone. Our instructors are available to answer your questions, ensure you perform your exercises correctly, and provide a safe training environment.

Regular analyses and measurements
Your progress – clear and visible
In just 24 seconds, the body composition analysis provides detailed information about the ratio of muscle to fat mass. The results are presented in easy-to-understand graphics, and you receive individual recommendations to improve your training.
In addition, the strength test determines your isometric maximum strength using a strength meter. Comparison with reference values for your age and gender gives insight into your current strength level. Repeated measurements document your progress and support targeted adjustments to your Kieser Training.

We remain at your side even after the introductory phase: the 10th and every 20th training session take place as a Kieser-accompanied training session with a specialist expert. This allows us to regularly check whether you are training with the right quality. If necessary, we adapt your Kieser training plan to your current performance level and goals. Your commitment will pay off – you will soon feel and see the results.
